We want you to love your Taylor Swift Official Store purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still features the original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
